Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SokoFlux service provided by SokoFlux (“SokoFlux”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SokoFlux is software for tracking stock, sales, expenses, debts and profit for retail businesses. We provide it as an online service that you reach through a web browser.

Accounts and your responsibilities

• You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secret.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the staff logins you create, so give each person only the access they need.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by trying to break its security, access another business’s data, disrupt it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

Fees, licences and renewal

• SokoFlux is sold as a yearly licence per business, at the price agreed when you sign up. New businesses may start with a demo period.
• Before a licence ends you will be reminded in the app. After the end date there is a short grace period rather than an immediate cut-off; renewing restores full use.
• If a licence is not renewed, access may be suspended after the grace period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

Your data

The business data you enter remains yours. We process it to provide the service and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it when you stop using SokoFlux.

Availability

We work to keep SokoFlux available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, updates and changes to the service. Because it is designed to keep working when a connection drops, some actions can be completed offline and sync when you are back online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SokoFlux is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. You remain responsible for keeping your own records as your business needs.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SokoFlux at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment after the grace period, or for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where reasonable we will give you a chance to put things right first, and a chance to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will update the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, make a reasonable effort to let account holders know. Continuing to use SokoFlux after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction over any dispute.
